Welcome to the Swedish Textile Machine Expo

You can find coffee and tea by Färgeriet/Vestindien A.

Upon arrival, report at the registration desk by the stairs on level 1 to receive a name tag.

If you registered before 14 October, there is a ready-made name tag.

For others, there are name tags to write on. However, these are available in limited numbers. Therefore, it is good if you have your own name badge or business card.

Nearest car parks to the Textile Fashion Center: Parking lot Nybron, Verkmästaren, Bangården, Gjutaren, Borås Öfwre.

You need to have your own insurance that covers your material.

Check escape routes carefully when you arrive at the Textile Fashion Center. Gathering place in case of fire: In the parking lot behind the Hub, on the other side of the bridge over Viskan

12 November – Installation

Time: 17:00 – 20:00

• Registration takes place by the stairs on level 1. Here you get a plastic pocket for your business cards and lunch tickets.
• Staff and students will be on site for questions.
• Electricity will be available for every table, please bring extension cords.

Thursday 13 November

07:00 – 09:00 Installation

Note, all booths must be ready by 9:00 a.m, when the opening of the expo begins.

If you did not register yesterday, please do so today.

• Students and staff will be present throughout the fair.
• Storage: Materials, bags and clothes can be left in Garfveriet on level 2. Garfveriet will be staffed throughout the fair.
• Light refreshments for exhibitors will be available in Garfveriet. If you want to buy something yourself, there is a cafe and restaurant in the Textile Fashion Center.
• Lunch: Lunch vouchers are given out at registration.

09:00 – 17:30 Expo

The fair starts at 09:00 with an opening at the stairs on level 1.

• Customer meetings can be booked in the hub called Färgeriet: The booking is made on a note posted on the door. (See fair map to locate the hub).
• Lunch is served in The Company, Textile Fashion Center, Level 1

Friday 14 November

15:00 – 18:00 Dismantling

• Dismantling of the fair takes place after the end of the fair, 15:00.
• We would like everyone to be ready by 18:00 at the latest.
• Remember to dispose of your rubbish in designated bins before you leave.
