Shirt

The shirt combines subtle design elements with architectural inspiration. The signature detail is the asymmetrical collar, while the offset hidden buttoning creates a modern silhouette. The rounded back yoke and lines at the cuffs reflect the architecture of the UN headquarters in New York City. The calm, blue colour reflects the sky over Backåkra, Sweden and Bo Beskow’s artwork at the UN headquarters. The shirt has a straight fit with a slightly fitted waist, which lends both elegance and comfort in motion.

Made of 100% long-fibre cotton with twill binding, the shirt offers high quality and the perfect balance of movement, comfort, texture, and lustre.

The garment was produced in Europe in collaboration with Eton, a company that for almost a century has specialised in shirts and has been internationally recognised for its high quality through technology and innovation.

Design and fit

The shirt buttons from left to right on both the women's and men's models. The two garments have a different fit but the same expression to achieve a uniform look.

The length of the shirt has been adapted to be comfortably tucked into the waistband of the trousers and skirt.

The shirt has a straight fit with a slightly fitted waist, asymmetrical collar, and hidden buttons. It has an elegant silhouette and is comfortable even when the body is in motion.

The sleeve length can be shortened if needed.

Material

100% cotton

The clear diagonal structure of the fabric, created by the twill binding, is woven from double-twined yarn, spun from extra-long-fibre cotton from the finest 2-3% of the global cotton crop. This long-fibre cotton, with the scientific name Gossypium barbadense, is one of several cotton species and yields a higher quality cotton than is usual in everyday life. By using such an exquisite fibre, carefully spun yarn, and weaving in twill, a perfect balance of movement, comfort, texture, and lustre is created.
