Dr. Amparo Jiménez Quero, Assistant Professor from Chalmers University of Technology will give a talk on her research and her current investigations.
 
Short description:
– My technologies that preserve the native structure of biopolymers while enabling the recovery of bioactive compounds and functional additives. By integrating these processes with fungal biotechnology, I aim to engineer living materials that combine structural performance with biological functionality, advancing circular bioeconomy solutions for packaging, agriculture, and beyond.
