Disruptions affecting the Outlook client

Update 2024-10-11 07:52 - The issue should now be resolved according to Microsoft. It may require up to two restarts of the Outlook software.


Currently, there are disruptions affecting the Outlook program on the computer, where the program restarts and uses a lot of the computer’s memory. Microsoft is working on a solution.

We recommend using webmail in a browser in the meantime via https://outlook.hb.se

Service Disruption: Wireless Network and VPN

Update 2024-10-09 11:25: The issue has now been resolved and the services are up and running.


Currently, we are experiencing issues with internet access from the wireless network (Eduroam and HB-GUEST). This also affects other ‘guest networks’ and VPN. Sunet is working to resolve the problem.
