Children's participation in leisure activities

This ULF project takes place in collaboration with the city of Borås and aims to draw attention to children's perspective on the leisure activities they participate in. Based on their lived experiences, a concrete development area will be identified and defined to increase children's participation, an action will be implemented and followed up, and finally a reflection about the experiences of the action will be done.

End date: 2025-08-15

The aim is to understand what children's participation in the activity entails and thereby create a learning environment that enables participation. The purpose has been formulated based on the needs that representatives of the school have identified and the implementation has been jointly discussed. The teachers experience difficulties in taking advantage of the children's perspective in the daily activities and want to expand their opportunities to be involved.
