The purpose of the project is to see if there is a potential for Sweden and Nigeria to co-create innovations for Nigeria. This potential clearly depends on the needs in Nigeria and competences that are available, or will become available, from the Swedish and Nigerian actors.

The long-term success of innovation may well depend on the development and implementation of strategies and business plans. The areas under consideration for potential co-creation are innovations i) to monitor if piping systems (e.g., water) are functioning or in need of repair and ii) for waste management (with focus on transformation of waste to energy).
