In the research project Digi-inclusion, researchers Maria Wolmesjö and Jenny Hultqvist follow the implementation of a digital platform and its effects for members, supervisors and managers within Fontänhusen in Sweden.

The purpose of increased digitization of the business is to strengthen the employability of Fontänhuset's members on an individual level through increased digital competence, to digitally develop information and education related to the members' opportunities to approach work or study at an organizational level. The research project intends to contribute to a model for implementation for digitization processes in welfare activities.
