Food waste prevention at Brazilian street markets

The objective is to use previously developed project training materials to train local teams comprised of specialists in solid waste management, government employees, and universities in multiple regions. The goal is to develop and verify previous results, conduct LCA to identify hotspots in the system, analyse the causes of food waste, design and develop food waste prevention and valorization measures, and implement and evaluate these methods.
