With a focus on women, NEETs, and workers in declining positions, the project aims to identify the green skills gaps as well as the socio-economic challenges, design tailored training programs, and establish collaboration models among stakeholders coming from the educational, business, and public sectors.

Through training initiatives, holistic support services, and the establishment of hands-on labs, the project aims to empower TCFL workers but also SME owners and representatives of the industry with sustainable practices and foster social inclusion, community resilience, and individual well-being. Additionally, an informative campaign will raise awareness among stakeholders about the project's social and economic impacts.
