The goal is for the project to create a greater understanding of the obstacles and challenges that exist within relevant organisations and authorities to receive, use, and share information on climate-related risk situations such as floods, so that it results in sound strategies and actions. 

The study's target audiences are mainly managers, coordinators, and communications professionals in authorities and other relevant organisations that work with climate-related risk planning and communication. The research results are also aimed at the general public. 

The results can lead to the development or improvement of tools, practices, and strategies for sharing information among stakeholders, including municipal residents.

This project is being conducted in connection to project Knowledge sharing in climate-related crises.
