The children's voice is rarely part in planning care and treatment, but it is important for the children to heard. Research shows that nurses working in childcare generally enjoy their work, but their work situation does not always allow them to perform the care they want to give children and their families. For sustainable development in childcare and in order to be able to comply with the International Convention on the Rights of the Child as a law, the perceptions of children and nurses must be made visible.
