The purpose of the project is to focus on issues related to basic values, to develop treatment and working methods in the care and care of elderly people in order to promote a good life and healthy aging for the elderly person, a healthy working environment and sustainable leadership.
More specifically, the purpose is to develop a working model that contributes to:
- increased quality of life for the elderly
- better - health promotion - work environment for health and care personnel
- sustainable leadership creation for senior care managers
