Preventing multi-resistant bacteria by nanoparticle-enzyme printed medical textiles

Infections by bacteria that cannot be treated with common medicines are increasing (multi-resistant bacteria). This problem can be solved by making the treatment area safer; through antibacterial sheets, curtains and other textiles.

To solve such issues, this project proposes research about the printing of nanoparticle-enzyme on medical textiles. Several eco-friendly and sustainable materials and production methods will be used.
