The project aims to explore whether rationing of consumer goods (specifically clothing, furniture/interior decoration, and home electronics) can be a viable and acceptable strategy for achieving more sustainable consumption patterns in households.

Its purpose is to investigate the potential of rationing as a climate change mitigation tool by examining its feasibility, impact, and public perception from various stakeholder perspectives, including consumers, businesses, and policymakers.
