Sick leave and staff turnover

Sickness and ill health among healthcare professionals is higher than in many other occupational areas. The purpose of the project is to study conditions in the workplace that can affect sick leave and staff turnover in health and medical care, especially with regard to hard control, flexible working conditions, leadership and supportive resources.
Research data consists of questionnaires, register data and interviews. Reporting is done through scientific and popular science articles, reports, international, Nordic and Swedish conferences, and a doctoral thesis.
