Successful competence supply - temporary manpower as a success factor
Start date: 2010-01-01
End date: 2010-12-31
The aim of this project is to identify and explore innovative forms of co-operation for temporary work agencies. The overall research question reads: “how can temporary work agencies develop their services through co-operation?”. Initial discussions have revealed several problems that could act as source for identifying innovative forms of co-operation. These initial identified problems are not taken for granted. The first part of the project aims at gathering more data in order to have a richer problem description. The project addresses issues as management and forms of work as means to improve trading of competence. An important part in a co-operation perspective is to involve the collaborators’ competence and ideas for improvement. To identify new ways of interaction and collaboration between temporary work agencies and their clients is of large interest.
