The results of the project is likley to be of value to police, emergency call centre, relatives and patients which are suffering from mental illness.

The emergency chain of events includes the information processing from the time when someone calls the emergency dispatch number and the operator processes the call until this information reaches the police squad that needs to intervene in the situation and base their situational awareness and tactics on said information.
