The group integrates systems thinking, industrial management, and operations research with advanced computational techniques -- including artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, big data analytics, and other data-driven methods -- to develop tools for process simulation, decision support, predictive control, and quality assurance while also addressing organizational, structural, and network-level challenges.
