I work as a Senior Lecturer in Prehospital Emergency Care and completed my PhD in autumn 2023 with a thesis on clinical reasoning in ambulance services.
My main teaching takes place within the Police Education Programme, particularly in courses on emergency care in police work. I also teach courses in scientific theory and supervise degree projects at various educational levels.
I am involved in research primarily in the field of prehospital emergency care, with a focus on ambulance services and police work. My main interest lies in understanding how the caregiver gathers information in the specific situation to make decisions, how this information is evaluated, and what influences the possibilities for collecting and interpreting such information.
I am a specialist nurse in ambulance care and have worked in ambulance services since 2012. I also have experience as a nurse in both paediatric and adult care, as well as international service as a nurse within the Swedish Armed Forces.
