Processing of personal data *

Information that you provide about your contact person will be processed by the university staff that manages the rental of facilities. This is in order to contact him or her if any questions regarding the booking should arise. The information will be stored within the EU/EAA and will be erased after the rental.The University of Borås is the controller of the processing, and the legal basis for the processing is article 6.1 (e) GDPR.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to provide the information about your contact person for the described processing.
