On February 22 (Saturday) starting at 4 PM, system maintenance of Zenworks will be performed.
The system will be completely shut down while the work is in progress. The university's workstations (computer labs, personal computers incl. laptops) will therefore not be able to communicate with Zenworks.
The following problems may occur on the client:
- Problems with distribution and installation of programs and printers.
- The main menu is not visible at all or only partially visible.
The system maintenance is estimated to take about 3 hours and the system will be available again no later than 7:00 PM.
If you continue to have problems after this, you should restart your computer.
During the weekend, 1-2 of February, we perform maintenance on some of our systems and services.
This means that temporary disruptions may occur that affect login, printing and access to e-mail.
On Thursday (23/1) starting at 22:00, the University's Central Web Authentication (IDP) will be upgraded. The upgrade is expected to take about 15 minutes and the system will be available again at 22:15 at the latest.
During this period, it is not possible to log in to a large number of web services. It is also not possible to connect via VPN. Examples of services that are affected are Primula, BOX, Canvas, Google mail, eduSign, Ladok etc.
