You need a receipt indicating the type of health/wellness activity, the amount paid, and the date. For direct debit payments, you need a bank statement and/or payment certificate from your provider. If you have received an invoice, we also need a bank statement showing that you paid for the activity.

Yes, the cost of these can be reimbursed if it is clearly visible what activity the app provides. Health apps include weight loss apps, meditation apps, and fitness apps. 

Gift cards are only permitted in cases where it is clear that it is addressed to you personally and it is clear which activity the card applies to. Being collectedly termed as constituting health allowance benefits or “friskvård” in Swedish is not enough; rather it must be stated, for example, “massage X number of times.”

“Friskvårdskort” or health allowance gift cards issued by, for example, Boka direkt, are valid insofar as they can be used for approved health/wellness activities. Indicate your Swedish personal identification number when you purchase such a card.

If you have purchased a package trip for skiing or spa, where lift passes or massages are included, the price for the wellness activity must be specified on the documentation for reimbursement to be provided.
