Welcome to Doctoral yoga, a great opportunity to unwind, de-stress and start a new week in a positive way!
Therése Wahlström will guide us through a 20-minute yoga session at an easy level (in English). The session is designed so that you can come directly from your office, lab, or classroom without having to change clothes (unless you are in a lab coat).
No equipment is needed, but we recommend that you bring your own yoga mat if you have one. It is also possible to borrow a mat from the gym in B8, in which case we appreciate your help in returning them.
No registration is required.
The sessions will be on Tuesdays at 12:00–12:45 in B412 during the semester.
