New edition of Fair Examination
The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) has published a new edition of the guidance Fair Examination, 2020.
The Collaboration Group for Fair Examinations (SAMREX) aims to be a platform to effectively and smoothly address current student law issues at the University of Borås. With representatives from all parts of the university, the group works for a shared and equal approach to fairness and legal certainty for all involved. The group has an advisory role in relation to the university’s decision-makers and proposes solutions and measures to promote fair and legally certain examination.
Task
The group's duties are
- to follow the development of student law issues in the larger societal context
- to review governing documents and to propose updates and changes where necessary
- to discuss the application of rules or to point out the absence of rules in key areas
- to help with advice and information at the university
Meetings
The collaboration group meets about 10 times a year.
