You can directly order (call off) the goods/services covered by the agreement at previously agreed prices and conditions. Please note that you must use one of the contracted suppliers.
The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency's Swedish government framework agreements
The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency assists with framework agreements in various areas, including conferences and meetings. The University of Borås also participates in other universities' agreements. The framework agreements are binding on the university and must be complied with in accordance with the purchasing policy and the governmental purchasing coordination.

Agreement with Borås Congress Centre
The Communications Office has also procured the Borås Congress Centre in the area of event venues and related services. The procurement is intended to cover the university's needs for event space for both small and large groups of participants, ranging from 50 to 950 participants, with or without meals. If a need cannot be met through the government framework agreements, contracts through this procurement can be used. The agreement is valid until January 2028.

You contact the supplier by email or phone to place the call-off. Think of your request as a mission statement where you provide the supplier with the information you currently have in as much detail as possible.
