Request for Reassessment of Grading Decision

If you as a student feel that an examination has not been assessed correctly, you can request to have the awarded grade reassessed or corrected, depending on the case. Matters of reassessment, correction and any decision to change a grade are made by the course examiner.

Reassessment

Requests to reassess a grading decision must be made via a form (see below) and submitted to the responsible education officers. In the form, you must clearly describe and argue why and what is considered to be the incorrect assessment in relation to the course objectives in the syllabus. Keep in mind that a grading decision must be clearly incorrect in order to be reassessed. In other words, it should be easy to detect.

A request for a reassessment of grading is made through:

Request for Reassessment of Grading (Web form) The form should be submitted according to the instructions on the form.
