Advice in the event of an attack

Escape

Move to a safe place. Leave the area as quickly and safely as possible and avoid crowds.

Seek shelter

If you can't leave the area, find a place that you consider safe and that offers you protection. Pay attention to what you see and hear and try to stay calm.
Put your phone on silent and turn off the vibration function. Do not call anyone who may be in the area of attack. The mobile signal can reveal where someone is hiding.

Raise the alarm

Alert the police via 112. The police need to know the location, what happened, how many perpetrators you saw, what weapons they used, what they look like, and where you last saw them.

Warn those in danger and help those in need.
