Responsibility for the study environment

Normally it is the Head of School, or someone in a similar position, who is responsible for the study environment and the working environment.

The Safety Representative and the Student Safety Representative are to monitor the state of the working environment and they may request that measures be taken to remove risks identified in the study environment or the working environment.

Neither the School Safety Representative nor the Student Safety Representative is liable for working environment issues.
