DOCAM 2026

The Document Academy (DOCAM) is a global, interdisciplinary research community focused on documentation and documents in all forms. Through both theoretically and empirically oriented research, as well as artistic activities, DOCAM explores questions and applications related to documentation and documents within academia, the arts, business, and society at large.

Since 2003, DOCAM has organized an annual meeting in the form of a small conference at various locations around the world. The 2026 annual meeting is hosted by the Swedish School of Library and Information Science at the University of Borås.
