If you reside in Sweden
- Use the form Sakkunnigarvode (pdf)
- The form does not need to be signed.
- To receive the payment to your bank account, you must first register your account with Danske Bank. More information and a registration link can be found in the form.
If you reside outside Sweden
If you live abroad and carry out assignments in Sweden, you are subject to special income tax (SINK). The Swedish Tax Agency’s processing may delay the payment, so we recommend submitting the above documents as soon as possible.
Please complete the highlighted fields in the SINK form – other fields only if they are relevant to your situation.
Note: The Swedish Tax Agency may automatically send a letter requesting a personal visit for identity verification. You can disregard this – your case will be processed regardless.
Fee Levels
Assessment of Senior Lecturer and Associate Senior Lecturer:
The fee depends on the number of applicants. A compensation of SEK 5,000 is paid for the assessment of one applicant. In addition, SEK 2,000 is paid for each additional applicant that the external expert is required to assess.
Assessment of Professor and Associate Professor: The fee depends on the number of applicants. A compensation of SEK 7,000 is paid for the assessment of one applicant. In addition, SEK 3,000 is paid for each additional applicant that the external expert is required to assess.
Docent assessment: A fixed fee of SEK 7,000 is paid to the external expert for a docent evaluation.
