For payments of salary, travel allowances, or other expenses, your bank account information must be sent to the university's bank, Danske Bank. If this is not done, you will receive the payment via a notice. This also applies if you yourself are a customer of Danske Bank. You can also download your salary specification from Danske Bank's payroll service.
Register your bank details
You can register your bank account information directly at Danske Bank. You log in and register your bank account using e-identification. If you change banks during your employment, this is where you change your bank account.
If you do not have e-identification, you can submit a form to HR Payroll.
If you have not registered an account, you will receive a payment notification. You can redeem it for a fee at a bank branch.
