Terms of employment

All employees at the University of Borås are covered by the Swedish government's collective agreement, the Conditional Agreement/T (Villkorsavtal/-T in Swedish), which regulates the terms of employment. This agreement has been established following negotiations between the Swedish Agency for Government Employers and the central trade unions (Saco-S and OFR/S).

The university also has a local collective agreement based on the Conditional Agreement/T to specify certain terms of employment that only relate to the university.
