Administrative officer handbook
The university is a public authority and subject to the laws of the government. This means that the university, in its capacity as an authority, must follow certain principles, laws and ordinances regarding the special administration of matters. In addition, the university has internal regulations and routines for administration that must be followed.
The handbook aims to be a guide during administration and processing and does not presume to be complete. The administrative officer and their manager are always responsible for ensuring that all regulations are followed and that their decisional basis is of good quality.
Information on routines for decisions reached by the Vice-Chancellor as well as those matters that are to be handled by the university’s governing board as well as other boards, are reported in Routines internal decisions.
