Ordering of name badges

This is where you can order a name badge to use during, for example, visits from and meetings with external visitors.

  • Your order needs to be approved by your manager.
  • The name badge costs 110 SEK. Internal billing will be done in December.
  • The information will be printed on the name badge. The name badge is 60x30 mm and designed to be magnetically attached to clothing. Keep in mind that there is a limited space for text on the name badges.
  • New orders are checked on the first Monday of each month. If you need the name badge fast, fill in the form and send an email to kommunikation@hb.se and let us know the deadline, and we will see whether it can be resolved.
  • Thereafter the name badges will be printed and delivered to you via internal mail. 
  • Please handle your finished name badge with care. Keep in mind that the surface can be scratched if you store it loosely in a bag or similar.

The information on the name badge is retrieved from hb.se/contact. Start by checking that the information at hb.se/contact is correct.

Processing of personal data

We need your consent to process your personal data in the registration form. The information will be processed by those who are responsible at the university, in order to plan and administer the name badges and to communicate with you. The information will be stored within the EU/EEA, and erased one month after the name badge has been sent to you. 

The University of Borås is the controller of the processing, and the legal basis for the processing is article 6.1 (a) GDPR (consent). It’s completely voluntary to consent. If you consent, you may withdraw the consent at any time.
